October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month

and now more than ever the services we provide are essential.

During the past several months, there have been many obstacles to overcome due to COVID19.

As an agency, we have done our best to continue providing services to our community.

24-HOUR SUPPORT

If you are experiencing abuse in your relationship, Operation Care is here to help. Our Domestic Violence / Sexual Assault advocates are always available by calling our 24-hour crisis line at 209-223-2600 or toll free 1-800-675-3392.

RESOURCES

In addition to direct services and outreach, Operation Care also provides referrals to other resources, organizations, and agencies. We also have a list of additional informational websites.

WHAT IS ABUSE?

Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive behavior in any relationship that is used by one intimate partner to gain or maintain power and control over the other. Behaviors can include psychological, emotional, verbal, sexual, financial, spiritual, and physical abuse, as well as stalking and threatening behaviors.
